Overview of the Job:

As a pest control expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of customer service and safety.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive in identifying solutions to problems, and possess strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Your primary responsibility will include developing awareness of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) initiatives and preparing detailed annual operating plans to tap into new market opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include achieving revenue targets, ensuring profitable business performance, and expanding services in selected segments.

You will also be responsible for effective execution of systems and processes, analyzing competitor activity, and implementing strategies to meet challenges and ensure timely reporting.

In addition, you will be required to identify service gaps, ensure their nonrecurrence, and implement continuous monitoring, audit, and improvement plans.

To achieve these goals, you will work closely with other functions, conduct regular meetings to review team member performance, and build capability within your teams.
