
Strategic Property Manager

As a Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our real estate portfolio. This includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.
Your duties will involve coordinating property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
Managing third party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments, maintaining insurance coverage, and managing insurance claims are also part of your responsibilities.
You will work closely with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants is crucial in enhancing tenant satisfaction, addressing concerns, and ensuring retention.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced accounting software, financial statements, and spreadsheets to analyze cash flow and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
