Accountant Position

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements for clients.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial data regularly.
  • Prepare closing reports and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and provide insights on withholding taxes and foreign investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial and compliance services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or EA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and support audits.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
