About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of engineers in crafting groundbreaking solutions that will reshape the future of finance. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling production applications, as well as elevating junior engineers to exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a platform for Large Language Model (LLM) use cases across various applications
  • Provide technical leadership to teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your expertise
  • Mentor junior engineers to build high-quality software and advance their skills
  • Enhance engineering standards to maintain high availability and low latency for ML inference infrastructure
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling production applications
  • Experience in upleveling junior engineers through processes and setting high expectations
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and AI/LLM models
