Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team of Production Quality and Operations resources.
- Position the team to support product and IT teams with user acceptance planning and coordination.
- Discover ways to improve defect mitigation across all levels of the organization.
- Manage, research, and resolve executive inquiries and/or issues raised by external entities.
- Work closely with cross-functional business teams to drive acceptance testing and defect resolutions.
- Oversee prioritization, tracking, validation, and resolution of defects.
To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology discipline, or related field, and 12+ years of work experience are required. Minimum 5 years people management experience is also necessary.
You must have 12+ years of experience in UAT, QA, and project management, knowledge of the industry, and a proven track record of delivering results on time and on budget.
Familiarity with process improvement and streamlining, end-to-end testing of large projects, mainframe testing, cloud technologies, and Generative AI is highly desirable.
