Key Responsibilities



  • Develop Power Platform solutions for enhancements and implement incident management for reported issues
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues (L2/L3) and perform root cause analysis for recurring, high, and critical severity incidents
  • Update knowledge base and standard operating procedures as necessary
  • Manage minor change requests/bug fixes based on issue/incident prioritization
  • Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required

Requirements



  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Applications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
  • Experience in IT/ITSM projects is a plus
  • MS Power Platform Certification is a plus
