Senior Leadership Role for Healthcare Client Service Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences for a leading healthcare client. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.
About the Role:
- Manage a high-performing team of professionals who provide world-class service to clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
