Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Aptiv. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties as assigned by supervisor, including setup and calibration of equipment, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate technical information to various departments, including Engineering, Operations, and QA.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor on duty.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.

Requirements

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
