Job Title: Apprentice Manufacturing Specialist - Chennai

Job Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at our Chennai site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery according to standard operating procedures, adjusting machine settings for optimal performance and quality output, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machining: Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks during production and report defects or inconsistencies in products.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.

Working Conditions: The selected candidate will work on a rotating shift schedule, including days, evenings, and nights, with a minimum of one day off per week. The working week will be six days with one day off, and the shift allowance will be 30 per night shift up to 15 shifts per month.

Selection Process: The selection process will include online interviews and a mandatory medical test post-selection. The candidate should not have had any surgery in the past, and blood and sugar levels should be normal.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
  • Age: 18-25 years
  • Gender: Male
  • Height: Minimum 155 cm
  • Weight: Minimum 50 kg
  • Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
  • Experience: Fresher

  • 10th and 12th mark sheets
  • ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates
  • Provisional and Transfer certificates
  • Aadhar Card, PAN Card
  • Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed)
  • 5 Passport-size photos

Benefits: The selected candidate will be eligible for a stipend of 17000 per month for Diploma holders and 16000 per month for ITI holders, overtime occasionally available, two meals per day provided at the plant (vegetarian), 500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation, 3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels, retention bonus, medical insurance, and other benefits.
