Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Specialist to join our team at Pearlcon Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in implementing and configuring Workday Financials solutions for global customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying business requirements across multiple Workday Financials modules while adapting to client needs. They will also conduct working sessions to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements, assess client needs, and provide recommendations or alternative solutions to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday Financials solutions for a global customer base.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday Financials modules while adapting to client needs.
  • Conduct working sessions to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements.
  • Acknowledge client needs and provide recommendations or alternative solutions to align with business goals.
  • Introduce clients to Workday best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Lead and execute medium to high-complexity projects independently across multiple clients.
  • Evaluate adherence to Workday and Kognitiv best practices for efficient implementation.
  • Manage project scope, quality, and timelines in the area of expertise.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members while reviewing their work for quality.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct research, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and Workday knowledge sessions.
  • Maintain awareness of Workday integrations, dependencies, and cross-functional touchpoints.
  • Meet key performance indicators, including utilization targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ownership and responsibility in all aspects of work.
