Job Title: Technical Lead - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance efforts and drive the development of robust testing strategies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, quality engineering, and automated testing. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers to design and implement test plans, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality
  • Leverage industry-standard tools to analyze code coverage and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain and extend test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes
  • Work closely with engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize testing workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software development or quality engineering
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java)
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats
  • Proficient in testing web-based applications and client-server systems
  • Experience with logging tools like Splunk and Kibana
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Ability to innovate and optimize testing processes
