Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans across multiple functions, including product development, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, finance, and sales.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting market requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address tactical execution issues, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Analyze project performance data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of strong project management practices, aligned with company values and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of cumulative experience in engineering and product development project management, preferably in automotive, industrial goods, consumer products, or durables manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-location, multi-cultural project management teams.
  • Proven ability to develop project management skills and disciplines within relatively inexperienced team members and organizations.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management approaches, processes, and tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required; MBA preferred.
