Job Description:

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will be responsible for managing high-complexity programs involving electronics hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and manufacturing workflows.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional programs for new product introduction (NPI), managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, collaborating with design engineers and suppliers, interfacing with OEMs, PCB design houses, and vendors, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and risk mitigation plans, driving execution excellence, and managing change control and documentation.

Additionally, you will own end-to-end delivery of embedded products including hardware design, firmware integration, validation, certification, and manufacturing readiness. You will work closely with embedded software and systems teams to ensure product functionality aligns with hardware constraints and timelines.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and successful execution of deliverables.
  • Manage Project Timelines: Create and maintain accurate project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineers and Suppliers: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure design requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Interface with OEMs, PCB Design Houses, and Vendors: Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project plans are updated periodically and delays are minimized.
