Job Title: Corporate Legal Manager

Job Description:

Our organization seeks an accomplished legal professional to spearhead the development and execution of strategic lending operations. This pivotal role demands expertise in securitization, debt documentation, and co-lending structures.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex legal frameworks and be well-versed in navigating high-value financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for co-lending transactions, securitization, and debt instruments with precision and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and provide timely legal support.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external counsel and financial institutions to guarantee efficient and compliant transaction execution.
  • Ensure that all documentation aligns with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the lending or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional legal knowledge and prior experience in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, and debt/borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in FinTech or Banking environments is highly valued.
