Job Overview:

The Material Management Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Handling and Management: Ensure efficient material flow, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials, products, and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Work Environment Safety: Prioritize safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
  • Outgoing Material Handling: Organize and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Incoming Material Handling: Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantity and quality before storing or processing.
  • Stock Handling: Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in material management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
