Procurement and Inventory Management Expert

This role is focused on supporting the execution of business processes related to purchase master data, request for proposal, purchasing, goods receipt, material planning, physical count, inventory management, payment, and agro operations.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the pursuit of SAP trade tracks, defining solutions based on market requirements, building deployment plans, and gathering support from stakeholders.
  2. Collaborating with multiple IT teams to ensure robust planning, estimations, and gather support as required.
  3. Bringing in SAP MM SME knowledge and technical expertise during solution and issue resolution discussions.
  4. Reviewing, owning, and maintaining functional design documents, technical design documents, and solutions.
  5. Managing solution delivery through planning in adherence to PepsiCo delivery methodology and guidelines.
  6. Leveraging partner resources to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  7. Demonstrating leadership and people management skills.
  8. Closely monitoring and maintaining support SLAs for SAP PTP in the AMESA and APAC sector.
  9. Supporting ECC to S4 migration.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years configuring, deploying, and managing SAP MM with a focus on procurement, material planning, and inventory management.
  • In-depth knowledge of MRP, procurement, and inventory management to support planning, procurement, storage processes.
  • Knowledge of all master data objects required to support materials management (material master, vendor master, source list, etc.).
  • Deep and broad materials management experience with procurement, material planning, and inventory management in a global capacity.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Good influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Demonstrates desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study.
