About the Role

Our company is seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evolving and maintaining our visual identity across all touch-points, ensuring consistency and alignment with our values and audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolving and refining our brand identity by refreshing our visual language (logo, typography, color palette, imagery style) and ensuring it aligns with our values and audience.
  • Create a comprehensive style guide that clearly defines our brand identity and guides all design and communication efforts.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across our website, marketing materials, product interface, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns, keeping everything on-brand and effective.
  • Designing various marketing materials from brochures to presentations to website graphics and social media assets.
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the product interface reflects our brand and offers a seamless user experience.
About You
  • A solid portfolio highlighting your graphic design skills, especially in digital marketing and branding.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Webflow & Framer is a plus.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at an early stage startup.
