Accounting and Tax Consultant

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our organization at GM Corporate Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, tax, and compliance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple assignments independently and provide high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Review financial data, prepare MIS reports, and generate reports for inventory, cash flows, and profitability statements.
  • Prepare annual financial statements, reconcile bank statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management to complete audit tasks and manage payments/receipts.
  • Manage compliances including TDS, GST, Income Tax Returns, and Secretarial Compliances.
  • Advising clients on tax issues, secretarial, and corporate matters.

Skill set required:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, TallyPrime, and Computax (or other accounting/tax software).
  • Ability to stay updated with latest changes in Company Law, Income Tax Law, and GST Law.
