Job Title: Data Analytics Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Director to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge analytics solutions.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data science strategies, ensuring that our clients receive actionable insights that drive business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding their requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering clear and concise recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics, with expertise in patient analytics, brand performance, and marketing analytics.

You will also have extensive experience working with pharmaceutical datasets, such as IQVIA or Symphony data, and proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.

In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership and present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Science Expertise:
  • Familiarity with data sources such as APLD Specialty Pharmacy Hub Services and Formulary.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent PlanTrak NPA DDD HCOS Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.
  • Tech Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
