Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As a QA Automation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation test cases to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation test cases using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, including test data conditioning, execution, and reporting.
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide input into product design and development, recommending enhancements and improvements.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with new technologies and systems.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Expertise in automation testing tools and technologies, including Selenium/C# and API/DB testing.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and recommend solutions.
