Job Description

We are seeking ahands-on QA Managerwith over 10 years of experience inmanual and automation testing, and exposure toperformance testing. The ideal candidate will lead a QA team of 510 engineers, be actively involved in Agile delivery cycles, and contribute directly to sprint activities. The QA Manager should bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a QA team of 510 testers (manual and automation).
- Own the quality assurance strategy, planning, and execution across all phases of the SDLC.
- Be hands-on in manual and automation testing contribute actively during Agile sprints.
- Define and implement robust test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web, API, and backend services.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate QA processes in CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive test automation strategy using tools such asSelenium, Functionize, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with performance testing engineers or contribute to performance testing activities as needed.
- Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and support test data management.
- Track QA metrics, create test reports, and drive quality improvements across the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation in QA practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience in bothmanual testingandtest automation.
- Solid exposure toperformance testing tools and concepts.
- Deep understanding ofAgile methodologies,Scrum ceremonies, andCI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such asSelenium, Functionize, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar.
- Strong knowledge oftesting APIs, web applications, and integration workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with defect management and test lifecycle tools likeJIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and frameworks like Cucumber.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such asJMeter,LoadRunner, orGatling.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
