  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design specifications that can be easily followed by junior resources.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic designs to implement efficiently.
  • Present technical solutions to both client executives and user-level audiences.
  • Deliver client technical training and serve as a mentor for consultants in technical areas.
  • Participate in implementation analysis, providing detailed solutioning and accurate estimates.
  • Track project team estimates to actuals and deliverable quality ratings.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to work on projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Openlink Endur products, including implementation, Connex Integrations, JMS, WebServices, and Advanced Report Builder.
  • Experience with systems aspects such as installation, upgrades, health checks, and reporting tools like Crystal Reports and DMS.
  • Strong SQL scripting skills in Oracle or MSSQL, with high proficiency in RDBMS and interface implementation.
  • Expert ability to create detailed design specifications and lead client design sessions.
  • Experience with source control, continuous integration tools, and issue tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and object-oriented skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
