Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to drive business growth through strategic sourcing and procurement solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer processes to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing.
- Create winning value propositions and articulate supply chain service offerings in response to RFPs/RFIs.
- Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
- Prepare detailed estimates, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
- Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
- Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across various industries.
- Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
- Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
- Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
