**Job Title:** QA Automation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software quality assurance professional to lead our technology team's automation efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in automated testing (web, API, mobile), proficiency in at least one programming language for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), and prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation & Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in software quality assurance with a focus on automated testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Prior leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
