About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Master Data Management Specialist, leading and supporting SAP MDM/Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations across various domains. You will be working closely with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and define MDM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and configure SAP MDG and/or SAP MDM components.
  • Manage data quality and consistency across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and migration using SAP tools.
  • Drive data governance initiatives and establish data standards, policies, and processes.
  • Integrate SAP MDM/MDG with SAP ECC/S4HANA, CRM, BW, and external applications.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on master data lifecycle management.
  • Participate in data strategy planning and transformation projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MDM / MDG implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP master data domains.
  • Proficiency in SAP MDG (Central Governance, Consolidation, Mass Processing).
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA data model and MDM migration approaches.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Data Services, SLT, and LSMW tools for data migration.

Preferred Certifications:

  • SAP MDG Certification.
  • SAP S/4HANA Data Migration or Data Integration Certification.
  • ITIL or Data Governance certifications.
