Job Title: Study Abroad Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Study Abroad Specialist. This role involves guiding students who wish to study in the UK, providing them with accurate information on eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.

  • This position requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati, knowledge of the UK study system, organisational skills, ability to explain financial requirements clearly, politeness, patience, and a student-focused approach.
  • A graduate degree in any field is required, along with 1-2 years of counseling/customer service/admin experience and proficiency in English and Hindi/Gujarati. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn the UK visa process are also welcome to apply.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Student Counselling
  • Handling first-level counselling for UK study inquiries and providing accurate information on eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists.
  • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert inquiries into registered students.
Application Process
  • Collect and verify documents from students.
  • Submit files for document assessment via B2B partners.
  • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
  • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
Visa Stage
  • Prepare students for CAS interviews by conducting mock Q&A practice.
  • Fill and verify UK visa forms.
  • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa applications through the B2B partner system.
Post-Visa Support
  • Support students in pre-departure activities such as accommodation, ticketing guidance, and orientation.
  • Maintain regular communication until the student departs.
Reporting
  • Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reports on inquiries, registrations, offers, CAS, and visa approvals.
