Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our product team.

The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, a forward-looking mindset, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

This role is perfect for someone who can create visually engaging designs and translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

User Experience Design

  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Lead user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine designs.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

User Interface Design

  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.

New-Age Skills:

  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.
  • Explore and prototype using no-code/low-code platforms for rapid validation.

About This Role:

This position requires 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Figma, a strong understanding of front-end technologies, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
