Financial Manager

We seek a seasoned finance professional to assume key financial management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to drive results.
- Manage customer invoicing by coordinating with Sales Support and Sales teams.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding accounts and billing queries.
- Monitor customer deposits and deferred revenue.
- Reconcile trade debtors and creditors, as well as collect outstanding debts on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
- Assist with month-end closing journal entries and year-end financial statement preparation.
- Review contractors' invoices and payroll manual journals.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Accounting and bookkeeping.
- Payroll processing.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Debt collection.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a solid understanding of financial management principles and practices. A hybrid work opportunity is available for the right candidate.
