Job Overview

  • Manage Cluster profitability and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor daily productivity and book movement, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development of a cluster headcount budget that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Ensure the Cluster adheres to Bank's policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by promoting the BEST Document and BELT meetings within the Cluster.
  • Motivate and develop team members, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement comprehensive learning and development programs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to excel.
  • Stay abreast of daily banking operations, products, and services, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2000 standards and meeting quality parameters.
  • Deliver timely audit-related deliverables, both internal and external, in accordance with prescribed norms.
  • Maintain the upkeep of Branches and ATMs within the Cluster, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Submit timely MIS reports, providing valuable insights into business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 14 years of work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations.
  • Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline; MBA with specialization in Finance/Marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Sensitivity to issues of confidentiality and compliance.
  • Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking or Branch Banking.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
