Job Role: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll records.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors.
  • Manage conference meetings, employee queries, and maintain records of leave and attendance.

About the Role:

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
