  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat.
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
