Job Overview:
  • A Backend Developer will contribute to our product's architecture and launch, leveraging skills in Python, Django REST Framework, FastAPI or Flask, and RAG systems.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in scalable SaaS applications, RAG systems for unstructured files, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma DB), and AI agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance applications utilizing Python, Django REST Framework, and modern frameworks.
  • Work on developing efficient RAG systems for reading unstructured data, chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating.
  • Develop and implement AI agents using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Crew AI.
  • Collaborate on projects involving MySQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Potentially work on machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Manage large datasets and apply effective data preprocessing techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile web development, version control systems, and coding copilots is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python and Django REST Framework with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems.
  • Experience with AI agents and frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI.
  • Vector database expertise (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma DB).
  • Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Potential experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial attitude are essential.
  • Good English communication skills are necessary for international collaboration.
