Showroom Manager

This role involves overseeing the efficient management of a retail experience centre and ensuring customer experience meets our high standards. It entails coordinating various aspects to guarantee seamless operations, excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Efficiently manage the retail experience centre to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
• Coordinate stock and sample audits in the showroom to prevent discrepancies.
• Maintain 100% adherence to operational standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and daily reporting to the retail operations team.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store environment.
• Previous experience as a store manager in retail, preferably in the Furniture and Home Decor industry.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.
• Proven skills in Store Operations and SOP Management.

This role offers the opportunity to work 6 days a week with Tuesday off, providing a suitable work-life balance. Additionally, all showroom operations will be closed on Tuesdays, allowing for rest and relaxation.
