Lead Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead architectural projects from design conceptualization to final project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop exclusive design ideas with the latest finishes and value adds.
  • Expertise in drafting technical drawings with knowledge of material products and its applications.
  • Work closely with a team of professionals including building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
  • Coordinate with Architecture/ Structural and MEP Consultants & Liaison Architects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture.
  • Diploma/Bachelors/ Masters in Architecture.
  • Strong presentation skills and confident interactions with clients.
  • Disciplined and systematic in work deliverables.
  • Open to travel and available for project site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign school of education or work experience.
  • Western Lines due to travel issues.
Project Planning Expertise
  • Design Conceptualizer and develop Project Designs with related detailed drawings and BOQs.
  • Working background in a similar Boutique Company as an Architect.
  • Represent the project ideas with Confidence in speech & technical skills & knowledge to the clients.
Primary Key Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential, & Institutional Architectural Projects planning & execution.
