Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to collaborate closely with technology teams, oversee project management from initiation to deployment using JIRA, and lead testing phases of new travel technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology & Digital Transformation
    • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to define and implement new travel-related systems and enhancements.
    • Work on AI-driven chatbots, automation, and recommendation engines for itinerary planning and customer service.
    • Define and manage API integrations between travel platforms, CRM systems, and third-party services.
  • Project Management & Agile Delivery
    • Manage projects from initiation to deployment using JIRA, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT testing with development teams.
    • Define business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Holiday Tribe's strategic goals.
    • Identify project risks and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Define and document test cases, acceptance criteria, and workflows for new system features.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to conduct UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking.
    • Ensure seamless deployment and post-implementation support for new releases.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Process Improvement
    • Gather and analyze requirements from travel agents, marketing teams, and operations to enhance customer experiences.
    • Define and improve business processes, workflows, and automation strategies to drive operational efficiency.
    • Provide insights on system performance, user adoption, and potential improvements.
What We Are Looking For
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in travel, tourism, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience working with technology teams, developers, and QA teams.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of testing phases, UAT execution, and defect management.
