Job Description:

As a seasoned Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management of production processes. You will collaborate with the planning team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving targets.

You will resolve daily challenges through various strategies and lead projects alongside HODs from multiple departments.

You will conduct productive meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns, coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing departments, and spearhead improvement project activities in coordination with support groups.

You will actively manage documentation and implementation control, review and recommend enhancements for existing procedures, consistently monitor and control non-quality costs through corrective measures.

You will take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints, proactively implement and maintain systems, ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs, drive manpower planning for the plant, and implement multi-skilling for the workforce.

You will continuously monitor and refine daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL, actively driving projects to overcome barriers hindering the achievement of KPIs.
