Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in speech therapy, experience working with dysphagia, and knowledge of communication disorders and language disorders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for success in this position. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field and be certified by relevant professional boards and licensed as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field.
  • Certification from relevant professional boards and licensure as required.
  • Strong skills in speech therapy.
  • Experience working with dysphagia.
  • Knowledge of communication disorders and language disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
