Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including server configuration, patch management, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on Windows Server-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows Server infrastructure with other systems and applications.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Windows Server administration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Windows Server technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, with a focus on L3-level support.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2012 and later.
- Experience with Data Centre operations (DC Ops) and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex Windows Server-related issues.
- Good logical skills and exposure to log analysis.
- Experience with tenant Cluster Buildout and Cluster Buildout workflow.
- Ability to triage, investigate, and drive mitigation for Cluster Buildout blockers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to improve knowledge and skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure backend infrastructure support.
- Advanced PowerShell, Power Apps, and Power Automate experience.
- SQL reporting, Kusto, and PowerBI working experience.
