Job Description

We are seeking an Identity Manager to join our Cybersecurity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting access governance solutions to ensure enterprise-wide compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy access governance solutions across the enterprise.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into access governance solutions.
  • Integrate access governance solutions with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems).
  • Implement Lifecycle Management, Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls, and Segregation of Duties.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot access governance configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.
  • Ensure IAM processes align with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3–5 years hands-on expertise in identity governance solutions.
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Experience in configuring and customizing identity governance modules.
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience integrating identity governance solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred/Good to Have:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect.
  • Experience with SailPoint SaaS offerings.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Prior consulting or professional services background.

  • Ability to work independently and lead projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills.
