We are seeking a seasoned SCADA Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations. They will also be tasked with architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and control systems, as well as experience with OT/IT integration technologies such as REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA.

They will also be proficient in database technologies including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, and have hands-on experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms such as Azure IoT and AWS IoT.

In addition, they will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud
  • Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols
  • Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics
Requirements:
  • Strong background in industrial automation and control systems
  • Experience with OT/IT integration technologies including REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA
  • Proficiency in database technologies including SQL Server MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms such as Azure IoT and AWS IoT
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects
