Role Overview

This role involves planning and managing key social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and deriving insights from data.

  • You will work in a collaborative environment to drive excellence across clients and generate new ideas and leads to improve media presence and brand awareness.
  • You will manage your workload efficiently and collaborate with the team to deliver on client campaigns.
  • You will work closely with writers and designers to create engaging content that attracts existing followers and attracts new ones.
  • You will understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to the design and content teams.
  • You will develop a content strategy that is aligned with the brand's philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms.
  • You will stay up-to-date with digital and new media industry trends to develop effective strategies and create relatable content.
  • You will have a good understanding of paid Ads on social platforms for key client accounts.
  • You will drive innovation and creativity for brands on board.

Responsibilities also include creating campaign content on various digital platforms, developing innovative solutions, and preparing reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses of the brand.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role with at least 2 years of experience in an agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
