Overview:

This is a challenging role for an experienced SAP DRC consultant to work on implementing and configuring SAP DRC solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP DRC and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and assess SAP DRC module coverage
  • Propose end-to-end SAP DRC solutions aligned with legal and business requirements
  • Provide detailed workload estimations for implementation

Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead design workshops, including data mapping and compliance requirements
  • Implement and configure SAP DRC on S/4HANA and ECC systems
  • Develop country-specific customized reports using SAP DRC
  • Ensure compliance with Indian e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations

Integration & Testing:

  • Integrate SAP DRC with external e-invoicing and compliance tools such as Excelon, Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos
  • Work on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for compliance reporting
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Support & Documentation:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SAP DRC setup, integration, and workflows
  • Stay updated on SAP DRC technologies and regulatory trends

Collaboration & Compliance:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand compliance needs and implement effective solutions
  • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with global and Indian regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of SAP experience with expertise in SAP DRC
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and e-invoicing compliance
  • Experience with SAP ACR and its transition into SAP DRC
  • Prior implementation experience in SAP DRC and e-invoicing setups
  • Familiarity with Indian tax and compliance regulations
  • Hands-on experience with EDI and third-party compliance tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
  • Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and tax reporting in India
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in SAP environments
