Job Title: SAP CPQ Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ professional with strong functional and technical expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CPQ solutions to drive business growth.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Configure product catalogs, pricing models, discounts, workflows, and approval processes to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Develop and customize quotes, proposals, and templates within SAP CPQ to meet customer needs.
  • Integrate SAP CPQ with CRM (Salesforce/SAP Sales Cloud), ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, ECC), and external applications to enhance data exchange.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SAP CPQ implementations to maintain high-quality services.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, and user training material to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CPQ features and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
  • Expertise in SAP CPQ configurations including product hierarchy, attributes, rules, pricing logic, workflows, and approvals.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Groovy, or SQL) for SAP CPQ customizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Document Engine for proposals and contracts within SAP CPQ.
  • Integration knowledge with SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA, and ECC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must-Have Skills:

  • SAP CPQ implementation and customization (5+ years).
  • Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process expertise.
  • CPQ configurations: product hierarchy, attributes, rules, pricing logic, workflows, approvals.
  • Scripting skills: JavaScript, Groovy, SQL.
  • Document Engine (proposals, contracts) in SAP CPQ.
  • Integration with SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA, ECC.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
