Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Strategist to lead the development of our digital products. This role demands expertise in building B2C products, owning the complete product cycle from ideation to launch stage, and driving growth hacking mentality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product management, deep empathy for end customers, and excellent understanding of UX design methodologies. Additionally, they should be well-versed with the latest product concepts, tools, processes, frameworks, and able to use data to find hidden patterns and understand user behavior.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Leading the development and implementation of new product features and enhancements

Preferred qualifications include experience in building AI/ML & bot products, but this is not mandatory. The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is ₹20-40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
