Operations Management Internship Opportunity
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or students from management-related fields to gain hands-on experience in operations, partner management, and problem-solving.
As an Operations Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in hiring product partners, training and supporting them, managing daily queries, and contributing to operational tasks. You will gain exposure to the dynamic world of operations and partner management.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist in sourcing and hiring product partners by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners by providing them with necessary tools and resources.
- Partner Relationship Management: Foster and maintain healthy relationships with partners by resolving their queries and addressing their concerns.
- Daily Query Resolution: Handle and resolve operational queries from partners effectively and efficiently.
- Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day operational processes and workflows by maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
- Freshers or students from any management-related field (e.g., BBA, Hotel Management, Commerce, or related fields).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on partner satisfaction is critical for success in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred but not mandatory.
