As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement for transaction quality and delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage claim quality and client-related KPIs, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients.

You will evaluate the effectiveness of transaction quality interventions and strengthen quality management processes to improve quality delivery.

In addition, you will accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics, set up customized processes to meet client expectations, and generate innovative ideas for process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent transactional quality domain knowledge, strong working knowledge of TTQ systems, tools, and technologies, and good analytical skills.

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quality Analyst in an International BPO, particularly in the voice process, is required. Strongly worked on quality matrices, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance transaction quality and delivery
  • Manage Claim Quality: Monitor and analyze claim data to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Assess the impact of transaction quality interventions and make recommendations for improvement
  • Strengthen Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure consistent high-quality delivery
  • Accurately Capture Metrics: Collect and analyze SLA/SLO metrics to ensure accurate reporting and meeting client expectations
  • Generate Innovative Ideas: Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
