About this role

We are seeking a professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of our customers' experience, from data ingestion to delivering personalized experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement AEP solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of AEP's capabilities, including data modeling, architecture, and functionalities such as Real-Time Customer Profile, Data Lake, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEP solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Analyze data to gain insights and improve marketing strategies.
  • Maintain data governance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Required Skills
  • Familiarity with AEP APIs and ability to automate platform capabilities.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data transformation.
  • Strong skills in SQL, NoSQL, and Adobe Query Service.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, data governance, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java.
