About the Role:

The Treasury Director position at FIS is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the Corporate Treasury space, financial operational and business processes, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for designing, describing, and managing the Treasury professional services team, ensuring that projects are clearly and sufficiently scoped and designed before commencement. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, to ensure a clear understanding of current and future functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage consulting Practice to ensure projects meet customer needs, business requirements, and future business growth objectives, while supporting overall FIS objectives and revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage and grow consultants' team and strategy to effectively execute business plan.
  • Provide industry thought leadership.
  • Manage consulting practice and personnel, including engagement staffing, staff performance/evaluations, effective communication, career planning, and succession planning.
  • Manage key FIS channel relationships, such as sales, relationship management, product management, business unit management, and others, to drive results for the Practice.
  • Provide direct sales support throughout the entire sales cycle, working closely with sales and account management to create and close opportunities, including proposal/statement of work development, negotiating pricing, project planning, and giving prospect presentations.

Requirements:

  • Overall experience of 18 years plus.
  • Comprehensive experience in Delivery management.
  • Experience in handling delivery teams.
  • Experience in consulting and/or software application implementations in a Treasury or Banking context.
  • Proven understanding of the Corporate Treasury space.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
