Senior Systems Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing technology systems and processes for new feature implementation and design improvements.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for retail applications.
  • Benchmark project initiatives by building strategic cases, including cost/benefit analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Develop monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, focusing on POS performance.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to provide meaningful KPIs.
  • Analyze application architecture and technology stacks to recommend strategies ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff.
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
