Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of e-learning content projects globally. This role requires strategic thinking and analytical skills to manage complex situations with a positive attitude.

  • Create project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as primary client contact, ensuring transparent communication and updates.
  • Oversee key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—to prevent deviations from scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and alignment on goals.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide strategic inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Evaluate team performance and foster high performance within the team.
  • Develop MIS reports for senior management.
  • Share project insights through knowledge-sharing sessions or training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle complex situations positively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • Minimum 5 years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
